We definitely need to tip our hats to My Own Two Hands for their “Summer Groove Session” charity event last Friday night at 330 Ritch in San Francisco. By charging a $10-$15 cover fee they were able to raise an astonishing $5,800 for San Francisco nonprofit Opportunity Impact. They knocked this one out the park for sure and hoodiepeople.com was right in the mix by donating 15% of all hoodie sales at the event. Opportunity Impact helps youth living in San Fransisco’s housing projects develop the right tools to deal with obstacles in life. So, we couldn’t be more enthusiastic about our participation in the event. Here are a couple pics that we were able to snap:

hoodiepeople.com is involved in a number of ways, first off hp co-founder Aaron Weinberg is an active member of the My Two hands team so he’s been workin hard over the past few months getting this setup. We also signed on as a sponsor and will be giving away a few fresh hoodies at the benefit as part of the Raffle, and we will have a small booth with some of our newest and freshest hoodies for sale, with 15% of all proceeds going directly the supporting Oppertuntiy Impact.
